How it works
- The agent states that it is an AI and that the call is recorded.
- It identifies the reason for the appointment and how much time to allow, following your instructions.
- It checks availability in your connected Google Calendar or Cal.com.
- It offers two or three slots and lets the caller choose.
- It creates the event with the name, number and reason, then reads back a summary.
- The call transcript and summary appear in your client area.
Industry by industry
- Hair and beauty salons
Each service has its own duration: the agent books a short slot for a men’s cut and a long one for colour with highlights, without eating into the next appointment.
- Car garages
The agent tells an oil change from a tyre change or a diagnostic check and blocks out the matching workshop time; it records the make, model and registration number in the appointment.
- Physios & osteopaths
For a first session, the agent asks whether the caller has a prescription, if you require one, and books a longer slot. It makes no diagnosis of the pain described.
- Vets
The agent books a vaccination or annual booster appointment, noting the species and the animal’s name; a request for planned surgery remains subject to the vet’s approval.
- Vehicle inspection centres
The agent asks whether the caller needs a periodic roadworthiness test (France’s contrôle technique) or a re-test, two services with different durations, as well as the type of vehicle, then adds the registration number to the event.
- Driving schools
The agent books the enrolment appointment or the initial driving assessment and notes which option the caller is interested in: a standard car licence (permis B) or accompanied driving (conduite accompagnée).
- Estate agencies
The agent schedules a viewing of the requested property in the slots opened by the negotiator and records the listing reference in the event.
- Tattoo artists
The agent books a consultation to discuss the project (placement, size, style); the tattoo session itself is set by the artist after that conversation.
- Leisure venues
For an escape room, bowling or karting, the agent books the slot and the number of participants in PlayPro, once the tool is connected.
- Spas & wellness
The agent books a massage, a facial or spa access, respecting the duration of each treatment, and asks whether it is a treatment for two.
What to set up
- Connect Google Calendar or Cal.com, or PlayPro for a leisure activity.
- List your services with their duration and the minimum notice required before an appointment.
- Define the time ranges open for booking and those the agent must never offer.
- Specify the information to collect: name, number, reason, registration number or reference.
- Provide a transfer number for requests that fall outside the agreed scope.
What the agent does not do
The agent only creates appointments in a connected calendar and in the slots you have opened. It takes no deposit; a request to cancel or reschedule is logged for you to handle. If your calendar lives in industry-specific software, a compatibility check is carried out before go-live.
Frequently asked questions
What happens if none of the slots suit the caller?
The agent takes their details and availability, then logs the request in the client area so you can call them back. An outbound callback can also be arranged as part of an assisted setup.
My calendar is in industry-specific software. Is it compatible?
The available connections are Google Calendar and Cal.com, plus PlayPro for leisure activities. For any other software, a compatibility check is carried out before any commitment.
Can the agent offer a slot that is already taken?
It relies on your connected calendar’s availability at the time of the call: a slot that is already booked is not offered to the caller.
