Buyer or tenant, every call to the estate agency ends up qualified.
A missed call is a buyer phoning the agency next door. The Alyas agent answers, qualifies the project and passes a usable lead to your team.
On the phone, in this line of work
An estate agency receives several kinds of calls. First, buyers and prospective tenants who have spotted a listing online or in the window and want a viewing. Then owners thinking of selling or letting who would like a valuation. Then clients whose file is already in progress, asking how their preliminary sale agreement, offer or lease is coming along. Finally, when the agency handles property management, current tenants reporting a broken boiler or wanting to give notice.
These calls tend to arrive in the evening and at weekends, when people browse listings, and on weekdays while negotiators are out on viewings. A buyer who cannot get through calls the next agency, sometimes about the same property. A seller who gets voicemail may hand their sale to the competitor who did pick up, and that contact cannot be won back. Saturday viewings tie up the whole team at the very moment calls pour in.
The Alyas agent works from the property descriptions and agency information you have sent it. It does not query your transaction software, which is why it matters to keep that information up to date. It pins down the caller’s project (buying or renting, target neighbourhood, budget, timescale), records their contact details and offers them a slot for a viewing or a valuation appointment in your calendar. It puts forward no figure for a property to be valued. A tenant’s report is logged for the property manager to pick up, and a call that needs a consultant goes to the line you have set up.

Frequently asked questions
Is an owner calling for a valuation told that they are talking to an AI?
Yes, the agent says so at the start of the call, specifying that the conversation is recorded. If the seller would rather speak directly to a negotiator, the call is transferred to the number configured by the agency. See also our guide to what the GDPR and the AI Act require.
Can the agent give the exact address of a property for sale?
It shares only what you have put in its information: if your listings do not give the address, neither will it. You can also ask it to leave that detail to the consultant who organises the viewing.
Our listings change every week: how does the agent stay up to date?
It answers from the information you provide: your website, a text or a PDF of your properties. When you update this information, whether new listings or properties that have sold, the agent answers on that new basis.
