Why this feature
Entrusting your phone to an AI is worrying until you can check what it said. A summary isn’t always enough: for a disputed exchange, you want to hear the voice.
The call history is designed for that check: you browse the list, open a call, read what was said, then listen again to the passage that puzzles you.
How it works
You open the call history and filter by status (answered, missed, voicemail), by agent or by period, or search for a specific call.
You pick a call: its length, outcome, summary and transcript are shown.
You listen to the recording in the page’s player, or download the audio file.
Badges show whether the call led to a confirmed booking, a captured lead or a requested callback.
To find the caller, you open Conversations: a single list brings calls and chats together, with the filters All, Calls and Chat and a search by contact or by agent.
What you control
The history filters: status, agent and period.
The recording, transcript and summary of each call.
Tracking what follows a call: booking confirmed, lead captured, callback requested.
The contact record: number, total number of calls, and, when known, name, email, stated need, the “Qualified” tag and saved notes.
The callback: the “Call back” button on the record dials the caller’s number.
Limits to know about
Worth knowing before you rely on it, stated plainly.
- The transcript, summary and outcome badges are produced after the call: a call may appear without a summary, with the message “No summary available”.
- The contact record is built from the caller’s number and their latest saved lead: an unknown contact is shown as such, with no name.
- Notes in the contact record are read-only on this screen.
- For a chat agent, each customer has their own conversation, and your tests are grouped separately; only the last 300 messages of each conversation are shown.
- How long recordings and transcripts are kept is stated in Alyas’s privacy policy.

Frequently asked questions
Can I listen to a call again?
Yes. The recording plays on the call page, and the audio file can be downloaded.
What does a call summary contain?
A synthesis of the exchange, alongside the length and the outcome. A call whose summary isn’t available shows “No summary available”.
How can I tell whether a call led to an appointment?
A “Booking confirmed” badge appears on the call, as do “Lead captured” or “Callback requested” depending on the outcome.
What does the contact record show?
The caller’s number and number of calls, then, if a lead was saved for them, their name, email, need, qualification and notes.
Are chat conversations in the same place?
Yes: the Conversations page brings calls and chats together, with a filter for each type. Each customer has their own conversation, and your tests are grouped separately.
How long are recordings kept?
Retention periods are those of Alyas’s privacy policy: read it before committing.
