Every call to your removal company becomes a quote to prepare.
Most quote requests come in while your crews are carrying boxes, far from the office. Alyas asks the right questions — floor area, floor, access — and turns the call into a usable request.

A scenario written to show how it works: it is not the recording of a real call.
- The contactA tenant calls about a three-room flat on the fourth floor with no lift, moving at the end of the month.
- After announcing that it is an AI and that the call is recorded, the agent goes through the access, the estimated volume and the destination town.
- Alyas agentIt books a survey visit in the first free slot in the calendar.
- The quote is prepared at the office from the full call summary.

Frequently asked questions
Is a customer asking for a removal quote told that they are speaking to an AI?
Yes: the announcement of the AI and the recording comes before any questions about the property. If the customer wants to speak to someone from the company, the call is transferred to the configured number, the office’s or the crew leader’s for example. See also our guide to what the GDPR and the AI Act require.
A customer calls the day before to add some furniture: does the agent approve the change?
It notes the change in the summary, but does not confirm that it is feasible: volume, van and crew remain your decision. For this kind of last-minute change, include a transfer to the configured number in its instructions.
How does the agent know our service areas and packages?
You give it your information as a website, text or PDF: areas served, packages, additional services such as furniture storage. It answers solely on that basis, without ever working out a price from it.
Can the agent give a price over the phone?
No. It captures all the information needed for the estimate — property, access, volume, dates — and your team draws up the quote, usually after the survey visit.
No call or message left unanswered.
