Available soon. The eTermin integration cannot be used yet: what follows describes the intended use, with no date promised, and then what you can already do with Alyas.
Why connect eTermin to your agent
eTermin is online appointment booking software: you use it to publish your availability and receive booking requests without any phone exchange.
Every tool of this kind leaves a gap: the person who does not feel like filling in a form and would rather ask a question in one sentence. An agent connected to your schedule would answer that sentence, then link it to the booking.
What the agent will do with eTermin
Available soon
- The agent will use your eTermin account to help someone get an appointment at the right time.
- It will be able to use it to steer the conversation towards a slot, rather than pointing to a form.
- The data it will consult or enter in eTermin has not been settled; the exact scope will be set out at release.
- No date is announced.
What already works today
- Connected to Google Calendar or Cal.com, the agent offers free slots and creates the appointment from the website chat, WhatsApp or Messenger.
- Restaurant or PlayPro agents do not have this booking chat.
- On the phone, the agent answers on a dedicated number, and the history keeps the recording, the transcript and a summary of each call.
- The Conversations page brings calls and chats together, with a contact record, notes and a “Call back” button.
