Tax season no longer overwhelms the accountant’s switchboard.

During tax season, the switchboard rings to the rhythm of looming deadlines. Alyas absorbs this flow of calls, answers practical questions and leaves your staff free to work on client files.

Frequently asked questions

In the middle of tax season, will a client in a hurry know they don’t have their accountant on the line?

The agent says so before anything else and states that the conversation is recorded. A client who wants to reach their accounting assistant asks: the call is transferred to the number configured by the firm, or the request is noted along with how urgent it is. See also our guide to what the GDPR and the AI Act require.

A client calls in a panic the day before a filing deadline: what does the agent do?

It does not deal with the substance and gives no view on any obligation. It notes the client, the subject and the deadline mentioned, then follows your instruction: transfer to the configured number, or a request flagged as urgent in the summary.

Can we keep the firm’s switchboard and switch to the agent only during tax season?

Yes: you turn forwarding on or off through your operator, and the firm’s number does not change. You can therefore hand the busy months over to the agent and take back control afterwards.

No call or message left unanswered.
