Baserow and AI agent: your no-code tables serving your conversations

The link between Alyas and Baserow is being prepared, with no date. It is for those who keep their contacts, orders or tracking in Baserow tables and do not want to retype everything.

Available soon. The Baserow integration cannot be used yet: what follows describes the intended use, with no date promised, and then what you can already do with Alyas.

Why connect Baserow to your agent

Baserow is a no-code database, distributed as open-source software: you build tables and views without writing code, in the spirit of a structured spreadsheet. A team uses it as a shared register.

What an agent tells the people it talks to is only as good as what your data contains. If it could one day look into the same base as your colleagues, that would avoid vague answers and double entry between the conversation and the table.

What the agent will do with Baserow

Available soon

  • The agent will be able to query a Baserow base that you have designated, so as to answer from information kept up to date by your team.
  • Depending on what is decided, requests collected in conversation may also join your tables, instead of leaving you to retype them.
  • The exact scope will be specified at launch; reading, writing or both, nothing is settled for now.

What already works today

  • When a chat visitor leaves a need together with an email or a phone number, the request arrives on the Leads page with its name, need, channel, the agent involved and a qualification.
  • You are told by email about each new request.
  • The leads list can be exported as a CSV file: if Baserow accepts the import into the table you have in mind, you can load your requests into it yourself.
  • For a more advanced sequence, the Alyas team prepares and hosts automations by quote, launched from your workspace; nothing is promised to date towards Baserow.

Frequently asked questions

Can I already send my leads to Baserow?

Not automatically. You export the list as a CSV from the Leads page, then import it into Baserow if the tool accepts it for the table concerned.

Will I have to host Baserow myself?

Nothing is settled on this point. Baserow exists as open-source software and as an online service; the connection terms will be specified at launch.

Will the agent change my tables without my knowing?

No write capability is announced to date. If it comes about, it will be described on this page, and your tables will remain under your control.

What can I do in the meantime to structure my requests?

The Leads page gathers name, contact details, need and channel; the CSV export leaves you free to choose the tool that carries on the tracking.
