Available soon. The Pipedrive integration cannot be used yet: what follows describes the intended use, with no date promised, and then what you can already do with Alyas.
Why connect Pipedrive to your agent
Pipedrive presents itself as a CRM built around tracking sales opportunities: each deal sits at a stage of a visual pipeline, from first contact to decision. The tool is there to show at a glance where each sale stands and which one to chase.
The moment a deal is born is often a call or a message that arrives out of the blue. If an agent handles that moment, the remaining problem is stopping the information from getting lost between the conversation and the pipeline, which is what the connection aims to solve.
What the agent will do with Pipedrive
Available soon
- The idea is that an incoming call expressing a real project could join your pipeline, rather than staying in a corner of a mailbox.
- The agent will also be able to draw on what Pipedrive already knows about a contact so as not to ask questions that have already been dealt with.
- Your salespeople will then start their day with the night's requests already filed in their working tool.
- What will be read and what will be written remains to be fixed: the scope will be settled, then published before opening.
What already works today
- As soon as a chat visitor leaves a need and a way to reach them, a line appears on the Leads page, with their name, their need, the channel they came in through and a qualification level.
- This list exports as CSV, useful if your Pipedrive accepts the import of a file of that type.
- In Conversations, calls and chat discussions are read in a single list; the contact record accepts notes and offers a “Call back” button.
- Analytics shows the funnel from calls to leads and then appointments, over several periods, enough to gauge what feeds your pipeline.

Frequently asked questions
What will Pipedrive be used for in Alyas?
To bring the agent's conversations closer to your current opportunities. This is an intended use: neither its form nor its extent has been decided.
Can I sort my Alyas leads by stage as in Pipedrive?
Not in Alyas: each request carries a qualification and a channel there. For stage-by-stage tracking, you will have to wait for the connection or import the exported list yourself.
Will the agent book appointments directly in Pipedrive?
Nothing has been announced to that effect. Appointments are made today in Google Calendar or Cal.com, once one of the two is connected.
Is there a release date?
No. The catalogue shows the “Soon” status and we promise no deadline.
