Available soon. The onOffice integration cannot be used yet: what follows describes the intended use, with no date promised, and then what you can already do with Alyas.
Why connect onOffice to your agent
onOffice is management software for estate agencies, that is, the tool in which an agency organises its everyday work.
A buyer or tenant who spots a listing calls straight away, and if nobody answers, moves on to the next agency. Linking the agent to the agency's tool is meant to make sure the answer starts from up-to-date information, and that the request does not get lost on the way.
What the agent will do with onOffice
Available soon
- The agent will be able to draw on the information your agency keeps in onOffice to answer someone interested in a property.
- A buyer's or tenant's request, with their contact details and need, will be able to be handed to the agency in a directly usable form.
- The exact scope will be specified at launch; what the agent will read or pass on is not yet fixed.
What already works today
- The voice agent answers on a dedicated number from the agency's information; you set the number of a negotiator to whom it can transfer the call.
- On your website chat, a person who leaves a need and an email or phone number creates a request on the Leads page, with the channel and a qualification.
- This list can be exported as a CSV: if onOffice accepts a file import, you can carry your requests over.
- With Google Calendar or Cal.com connected, the agent offers free slots and creates the appointment, for a viewing for example, from the website chat, WhatsApp or Messenger.
- It does not go back on an appointment that is already recorded.

Frequently asked questions
Does the agent already know my properties?
Not through onOffice. You present your listings and conditions to it through your website, PDF files or text in its knowledge base.
Will the agent create a record in onOffice?
Nothing is announced on this. The scope of the connection has not been settled, and we do not promise any writing.
Can it set up a viewing right now?
Yes, if Google Calendar or Cal.com is connected and appointment booking is switched on. It creates the appointment but does not touch existing ones.
What happens when the request goes beyond the agent?
The conversation is marked “to take over” and you are told by email; a negotiator takes over.
When will the link with onOffice arrive?
No date is given for the moment.
