Why connect Calendly to your agent
Calendly is an online appointment booking tool: you set your availability, share a link, and each person picks the slot that suits them without exchanging messages.
Yet the link says nothing to someone who would rather write or phone. Connecting an agent to your tool would let you answer that person straight away, instead of sending back a web address they may never open.
What the agent will do with Calendly

- When the integration is released, the agent will rely on Calendly to suggest times to the person contacting it.
- It will be able to record the appointment request they have confirmed, so that you find it in the same place as the rest of your schedule.
- What it will read and what it will write in Calendly has not been settled yet; the exact scope will be set out at release.
- No date is promised.
What already works today
- Right now, if you connect Google Calendar or Cal.com, the agent offers free slots and then creates the appointment from your website chat, WhatsApp or Messenger.
- It does not change an appointment already made, and this booking chat is not available to restaurant or PlayPro agents.
- On the phone, the voice agent answers on a dedicated number, replies from your business information and can transfer the call to a number on your team.
- When someone leaves a request and their contact details in the chat, it lands on the Leads page, and the CSV export lets you pick it up elsewhere.

Frequently asked questions
Can the agent already book in my Calendly account?
No, this connection is not open yet. For appointments created by the agent, you currently need to use Google Calendar or Cal.com.
Can I keep my Calendly link on my website?
Nothing requires you to remove it. Alyas does not touch that link, and the chat can sit alongside it on the same page.
What exactly will the agent do with Calendly?
The idea is to rely on your tool to suggest times and record what was agreed. The detail has not been settled: it will be given at release.
Will the person be able to change their appointment time by writing to the agent?
Nothing of the kind has been announced. With the calendars supported today, the agent creates appointments and does not go back on existing ones.
How can I find out when it opens?
The integrations catalogue will show the change of status. You can also write to the team to say this tool matters to you.
