SimplyBook.me is online booking software for service providers: they publish their services there and let their clients book without going through the phone.
For a hairdresser, a practitioner or a coach it is a very good scheduling tool, but it does not answer the questions of the moment: the price of a session, how long it lasts, how to get there. An agent plugged into the same schedule would add conversation to booking.

What already works today
- With Google Calendar or Cal.com connected, the agent offers free slots and creates the appointment from your website chat, WhatsApp or Messenger.
- It does not alter an existing appointment.
- You describe your business, give your website address or PDFs, and the AI pre-fills the agent's profile, which you then need to review.
- If a visitor asks to speak to someone, the conversation is marked “to take over” and an email alerts you.
