Why connect Notion to your agent
Notion brings notes, documents and databases together in one workspace. Many teams make it their shared memory: procedures, practical sheets, tracking lists.
That memory holds precisely what the agent needs to know in order to answer correctly. Keeping it in one place, rather than copying the same instructions into Notion and then elsewhere, is the whole point of a link between the two.
What the agent will do with Notion

- Once the integration is delivered, the agent will be able to draw on content kept in Notion, so that your instructions do not live in two places.
- A Notion database, whether a product list, a schedule or a register of requests, may, depending on the scope chosen, serve it as a reference.
- What the agent will read, what it will be able to record and how often it will update will be specified at launch.
What already works today
- Your knowledge base is made up of a website, PDFs and pasted text: you can add the content of a Notion page to it, by copy and paste or, if the tool allows, after exporting it as a PDF.
- When the agent is created, the assistant pre-fills its profile from the description of your business, your website address and your PDFs.
- The Leads page gathers the needs left on the chat, exportable as a CSV; if you keep a tracker in Notion, you will be able to import that file by hand if the tool accepts it.

Frequently asked questions
Are my Notion pages read automatically?
No, nothing is connected today. You need to copy the useful content or export it, then add it to the knowledge base.
Do I have to republish everything if I edit a Notion page?
As long as the link does not exist, content added to the knowledge base does not follow your changes in Notion: you need to update it in Alyas.
Will my Notion databases be used to record requests?
That is an avenue under consideration, nothing is settled. Today, requests are on the Leads page.
Is there a deadline?
None. The catalogue says “Soon” and this page will be reviewed on the day the scope is known.
