Why connect Make to your agent
Make is an automation platform: you build scenarios there that chain actions across several applications, an event in one triggering operations in the others.
A conversation produces useful information that often ends up retyped into a spreadsheet, a CRM or a mailbox. Handing that next step to a scenario removes the retyping and makes the result more reliable.
What the agent will do with Make

- When the integration is released, the agent will be able to pass information from a conversation to your Make scenarios.
- You would then build, on your side, the sequence of operations that suits you from that starting point.
- Who will launch a scenario, and under what conditions, is not yet fixed; the exact scope will be set out at release.

What already works today
- To automate right now, the Alyas team prepares and hosts automations with you, on quote; you do not connect your own account.
- These automations are triggered from your workspace and not by visitors to your website, WhatsApp or Messenger.
- Requests collected in the chat appear on the Leads page with name, email, phone, need and channel, and the list can be exported as CSV.
- This file can feed another tool if it accepts CSV file imports.

Can I connect my Make account to Alyas now?
No. The link with Make is planned but not yet open. Today, automations are prepared and hosted by the Alyas team.
Will a visitor be able to launch a scenario from the chat?
No promise is made. To date, the automations Alyas offers are launched from your workspace, not by the public.
How does this differ from the automations on quote?
Those are built and hosted by the Alyas team. With Make, the idea would be to rely on the platform you know; the exact form has not been settled.
How can I get my leads out in the meantime?
Export the Leads page as CSV, or ask the team for an automation quote suited to your case.
