What the agent will do with GoHighLevel

- The ambition is for the people whose request the agent has taken to be able to join your usual sequences, with no manual step in between.
- If the scope allows, it will also be able to take into account what your platform knows about a contact in order to adapt its tone.
- Nothing is fixed: the exact scope will be announced at launch, after which this page will be updated.
What already works today
- Your agent already answers on your website chat, by phone, on WhatsApp and on Messenger.
- Every request left on the chat is logged in Leads, with its qualification, and the list can be exported as a CSV for anyone who knows how to load it into their platform.
- WhatsApp requires a Twilio account with WhatsApp, Meta Business verification and a dedicated number that does not stay on the consumer app.
- For tailor-made sequences, the Alyas team prepares and hosts automations, by quote, which you trigger from your workspace; they are independent of this future connection.

I am an agency: will I be able to connect several businesses?
We do not know yet. The scope of the connection has not been settled, and managing several accounts is not promised.
Do Alyas automations replace those of GoHighLevel?
No. They meet a different need: processes prepared by the Alyas team by quote and launched from your workspace. Your sequences in GoHighLevel remain yours.
Will the GoHighLevel calendar be supported for appointments?
Nothing has been announced. Appointments currently go through Google Calendar or Cal.com.
What should I do with the requests collected until then?
Export the list from the Leads page as a CSV and load it yourself if your platform accepts it; the automatic link will come later.
