Airtable: an AI agent facing your bases is coming soon

Linking Alyas to Airtable is planned but not live, and no date is given. Here is what this link could change for your bases, and what you can do with a file in the meantime.

Available soon. The Airtable integration cannot be used yet: what follows describes the intended use, with no date promised, and then what you can already do with Alyas.

Why connect Airtable to your agent

Airtable offers online databases that look like a spreadsheet, but where each row can be linked to other tables and shown in several ways: grid, calendar, card board. People use it to track stock, projects, contacts and services.

This format appeals to those who have outgrown the spreadsheet without wanting heavy software. An AI agent that talks with your visitors produces exactly the rows that need filing: a request, a contact, a need; that is the link we want to make natural.

What the agent will do with Airtable

Available soon

  • The ambition is for the requests collected by the agent to be able to join one of your tables, ready to be sorted in the view that suits you.
  • The other avenue being studied: a table serving as the agent's reference, for example a catalogue of services kept up to date in one place.
  • The exact scope, that is the tables concerned, the read rights and the direction of exchanges, will be set and then published at launch.

What already works today

  • Each need left on the chat becomes a row in Leads, with name, email, phone, channel, agent and qualification.
  • The list can be exported as a CSV; Airtable can import that format, so you can build your own tracking table right now.
  • Alyas analytics trace the funnel from calls to leads and then appointments, over several periods.
  • An email tells you about each new request.

Frequently asked questions

Does the CSV export replace the future connection?

It gives a manual foretaste of it: you import the file yourself, with no automatic update.

Will the agent read my Airtable tables?

That is not a given: the scope is not fixed, and nothing is read today.

Should I prepare my base now?

There is no need to restructure it for a link whose scope is not known. Build a table from the export of your requests instead.

Will appointments be able to appear in an Airtable calendar view?

Nothing has been announced. Appointments created by the agent currently go through Google Calendar or Cal.com.

Does your phone ring while you're busy working?
