Keyyo alternative: switch on your phone system’s AI option or connect an independent AI voice agent?

Keyyo, a Bouygues Telecom subsidiary whose offers are sold under the Bouygues Telecom Pro brand (the keyyo.com site displays “Bouygues Telecom Pro | Keyyo”), equips small businesses and SMEs with internet access, landlines, mobile plans and a virtual phone system (Mon Standard Pro). That phone system also comes in an AI-enhanced version, Mon Standard Intelligent. Alyas is neither an operator nor a phone system: it is an AI voice agent, separate from your telecoms contract, that picks up when nobody else can. For a Keyyo customer, the real question is which AI should answer, not whether to change operator.

Keyyo, an operator for small businesses and SMEs

Keyyo sells packaged solutions: Bbox Pro, fibre, a landline telephony pack, mobile plans, IP phones and collaboration tools such as Keyyo Connect and Keyyo Visio. Staff manage their landlines and mobiles from the CallPad app (forwarding profiles, directory, availability), and the administrator configures everything from the customer area.

Mon Standard Pro is the brand’s virtual phone system. Keyyo presents it as compatible with every operator and with your existing telephony: you can choose a national or geographic main number, or keep your own, then set up the IVR, ring groups, call queue, time-based rules, hold music and call log.

Mon Standard Intelligent, Keyyo’s AI option

According to Keyyo’s documentation, Mon Standard Intelligent is a phone system that answers calls on your behalf: the AI agent picks up with a personalised greeting, rephrases the request, then transfers to the right person, takes a message and sends it to you, gives information (opening hours, services) or guides the caller according to your scenarios, including outside opening hours. Bouygues Telecom Pro adds that it converses in French, English or Spanish, sends the transcript and report of each call, and makes it easier to book appointments by SMS.

As of 1 October 2026, the offer is listed at €39.90 excl. VAT per month with no commitment, Mon Standard Pro included, or €25 excl. VAT more per month for an existing Mon Standard Pro customer. It is ordered through an adviser, then activated as a “type d’accueil” (greeting type) on a profile other than the default one, with a business sector, a main language, secondary languages, a voice and a prompt. For a business already with Keyyo, this is the first option to look at: everything stays in the same customer area.

What Alyas does differently

Both Mon Standard Intelligent and Alyas can be added to an existing line, whatever the operator. The difference lies mainly in what the agent does. Alyas answers from your website, your texts or your PDFs, states that it is an AI and that the call is recorded, collects contact details and can book an appointment directly in Google Calendar or Cal.com.

Every call produces a transcript and a summary, hosted, like the recordings, in the European Union, and the same content powers a chat widget for your website. On the other hand, Alyas provides no phone system and no IVR, does not route calls between departments, does not send SMS and transfers to a single number only, when the caller asks.

Linking a Keyyo line to Alyas: what the documentation says

Keyyo documents call forwarding to another number, either unconditional or only when the line is busy or does not answer, with an adjustable ring time before forwarding. Time-based rules automatically switch from one forwarding profile to another according to your opening hours, breaks or holidays. In principle, an “out of hours” or “no answer” profile could therefore forward to Alyas while your daytime arrangements stay unchanged.

If your calls go through a ring group, the documentation describes a switch to voicemail at the end of the ringing cycles. Before relying on an external forward in that case, test the scenario or have it checked by Keyyo support.

Our verdict

A small business or SME that needs lines, an IVR and call distribution between staff needs an operator such as Keyyo, and if it also wants AI reception that transfers according to the type of request, Mon Standard Intelligent is the first thing to try. Alyas makes sense if you are mainly looking for an agent fed by your website and documents, that books appointments in Google Calendar or Cal.com and whose content also powers the chat widget on your website; it is then connected to the Keyyo line by call forwarding.

Frequently asked questions

Does Keyyo offer an AI voice agent?

Yes. Mon Standard Intelligent is the AI version of Keyyo’s virtual phone system: the agent picks up, understands the request, transfers, takes a message or informs the caller, 24/7. As of 1 October 2026, it is listed at €39.90 excl. VAT per month with no commitment (€25 excl. VAT more per month for a Mon Standard Pro customer) and is ordered through a Bouygues Telecom Pro adviser.

Do I have to leave Keyyo to use Alyas?

No. Keyyo lets you forward a line to another number on no answer, when busy or according to time-based rules. The calls concerned can then be handed to Alyas without touching your subscription or your number.

Can Alyas replace Mon Standard Pro?

Only if you do not use the phone system features. Alyas provides no keypad IVR, no ring groups, no call queue and no extensions: it answers the calls entrusted to it and transfers to a single number when the caller asks.
